Link Senior Development & Ohana Ventures Acquire Pair of Communities in Southern Oregon

Link Senior Development and Ohana Ventures announce the acquisition of two Southern Oregon communities. The Bridge Retirement and Assisted Living of Grants Pass, Oregon and Orchards Assisted Living of Medford, Oregon combine for 148-units (152 beds).

The communities are part of a four-asset partnership between Link Senior Development and Ohana Ventures including acquisitions in Oregon and Idaho. Link and Ohana plan to implement capital improvements and add more than 80 units to the portfolio through expansions at the Canby, OR and Nampa, ID properties. VIUM Capital provided senior financing.

The facilities will be operated by Lake Oswego based Ohana Ventures. With the acquisition, Ohana Ventures now operates six facilities in Oregon and Idaho.

Link Senior Development owns five facilities in Oregon, Idaho and Arizona and has an additional seven communities in Oregon, New Mexico, California and Arizona in varying phases of development.
