Link Senior Development and Insight Senior Living announce the start of construction on their latest senior living community Ativo Senior Living of Prescott Valley. Located near Bob Edwards Park at the corner of East Long Look Drive and North Viewpoint Drive in Prescott Valley, Arizona, the 5.3-acre campus consists of 136 residences across more than 117,000 square feet. The community will include a mix of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care units ranging from studios apartments to 2-bedroom cottages.


Ativo Senior Living of Prescott Valley units are designed to provide comfort and convenience, boast large floor plans, and an abundance of natural light. Link Senior Development announces start of construction for Hacienda Crossing Senior Living in Yuma, Arizona.

Construction will begin October 2019 and is anticipated to be completed late November 2020. The community will have a total of 79 apartments comprising 55 assisted-living apartments and 24 memory care beds.

Lenity Architecture of Salem, OR is providing architectural design and oversight while Seabold Construction of Beaverton, OR is serving as General Contractor.

Hacienda Crossing is Link Senior Development’s fifth Arizona property.  Link anticipates ground breaking on two additional Arizona properties in the next six months in Prescott Valley, Arizona and Buckeye, Arizona.

Link Senior Development announces the completion of construction for the 108,471 square foot Lodge at North Ogden. The 122 unit facility contains 18 Independent Apartments, 82 Assisted Living Apartments, and 30 Memory Care beds. The facility is located N 400 E St and E 2600 N in North Ogden, Utah. The Lodge at North Ogden is Link Senior Development’s second project in Utah.

The Lodge at North Ogden has nineteen distinct floor plans to meet a range of resident needs. From private memory care apartments to share two bedroom-two bathroom independent and assisted apartments.

The Lodge at North Ogden will be managed by Watermark Retirement Communities of Tucson, AZ.
