Albuquerque, NM – Link Senior Development is pleased to announce the start of construction on Ativo Senior Living of Albuquerque, its newest senior living development. The development will feature 144 units, offering a variety of floor plans and amenities for residents to enjoy.

“We are excited to see Ativo of Albuquerque come to life after several years of planning and coordination,” said Ron Ziebart, owner of Link Senior Development. “We know seniors of Albuquerque need additional independent living, assisted living and memory care options and can’t wait to open our doors in late-2024.”

Ativo of Albuquerque will offer a range of options for independent living, assisted living, and memory care, with units ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. Community amenities will include a grand entry, two-story dining room, private dining for special events, a variety of dining options, billiards room, salon, theater room with in-theater dining, and card room. The property will also feature numerous activities, including shuffleboard, bocce ball and pickleball courts, and a five-hole mini golf course. Additionally, residents can enjoy a second-story club room with a large outdoor patio, pet park, fitness center, outdoor grills with fire pits, and a community town car.

Link Senior Development’s integrated management arm, Insight Living, will manage the community. Ativo of Albuquerque is Insight’s second community in New Mexico. The development was designed and architected by long-time partners Ankrom Moison Architects, their 7th project together, and will be constructed by local third-generation general contractor Bradbury Stamm. Construction is set to be completed in late-2024.

Ativo Senior Living of Albuquerque looks forward to welcoming new residents to the community and providing them with a comfortable and fulfilling living experience. For more information, visit
